Digital Health Week 2025

Digital Health Week is an opportunity for anyone interested in digital health to participate in a program of virtual and blended events and share research and ideas. It is designed to be both informative, provocative, and a showcase of the innovative work being undertaken in digital health across the University of Sydney, Macquarie University, Hunter Medical Research Institute and La Trobe University. It will bring together researchers, health services, industry, and the community to build person-centred eHealth collaborations.

In 2025, we will once again be delivering an innovative program in partnership with a number of other academci institutions. The Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) is returning to co-present Digital Health Week 2025 with the University of Sydney. We also warmly welcome a number of organisations co-presenting the event for the first time Westmead Applied Research Centre, La Trobe University, and Macquarie University as partners.

The conference theme for 2025 is Weaving the digital fabric of health: Connecting people through cross disciplinary partnerships. This year Digital Health Week aims to emphasise the importance of collaboration in enabling digital transformation in healthcare, with a particular focus on how connection drives digital advancements that are accessible, equitable and cater to the unique needs of individuals. We encourage presenters to think about how their digital health research aligns with this theme. The conference aims to bring together professionals from diverse backgrounds to discuss and collaborate on ways to foster digital transformation that leads to personalised, accessible and inclusive healthcare for all individuals.
